1. Tami Mase (Interim Country Director)
Tami Mase is the Interim Executive Director for Global Alliance for Development Foundation (GADeF) South Africa and the founder of the First Web based Interactive and Transactional TV Network in South Africa and the HAAC Foundation, a Non Profit Organisation that fights for the Rights of young girls.
She holds a 4-year degree in Bachelor of Education. She holds other professional certificates in communications, environment and climate change.
He has worked for (SANBI) South African National Biodiversity Institute on protecting and preserving nature.. She has taught in a High School in South Africa.
As a consultant to different companies, she has worked to engage their operational communities in sustainability in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She organises workshops on Human Rights Awareness and Protection throughout South Africa. She has been asked to be a regular speaker for Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) in their capacity building and empowerment events (summits, conferences, seminars).
Tami is an expert in climate change and environment education. She represents South Africa as Country Director on UNEP Youth Climate Report Initiative.
GADeF Burkina Faso
1. Frankline Nadembega(Interim Country Director)
Payidwendé Murielle Frankline Nadembega the Interim Country Director of GADeF Burkina Faso is the first young woman from Burkina Faso to be selected as a Moremi Initiative Leadership Empowerment and Development (MILEAD) Fellow.
Frankline is currently pursuing a Masters degree in American Cultural Studies at the University of Ouagadougou (UO) in Burkina Faso, and is passionate about community service, women's rights, education and politics.
She is the founder of Women Find Their Voice (WFTV), a partnership initiative with the UO English Club and the US Embassy in 2012 to promote the holistic well-being and education of women and girls in society. As a member of the US Embassy Youth Council, she supports efforts to enhance internship opportunities for youth. Frankline enjoys public speaking, and is a three-time winner of the International Youth Fellowship Speech Contest (2011-2013). Frankline is passionate about community service, women’s rights,education, youth development and environmental issues

Ashley Hill is currently the Country Director for the GADeF in the U.S. Ashley’s greatest talents have been her ability to fundraise for special causes such as autism, global giving campaigns, and various disease states. She has also managed various projects that raise awareness throughout the U.S. and the world. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, and a master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University. Ashley is the founder of Esteem Enterprises which offers a combination of career and life coaching services. She is also an inspirational author specializing in spiritual growth and evolution. She has spent the last few years mentoring parents and families striving to overcome challenges and those who press to overcome the shadows of their past.

1. Faith Wa-didier Kandie (Interim Country Director)
Faith Kandie is the Interim Country Director for GADeF in Kenya. She is Environmental Consultant working with Safe Environment Consultancy Limited, Shed Compliance Limited and Ecofrenn Consultancy Limited.
She graduated in Moi University with honors degree (BES Hons) in Environmental Studies (Science option) - Environmental Biology and Health major. She also holds a professional training certificate in Environmental Impact Assesment and Audit (EIA/A) from the University of Eldoret. She is a registered EIA/A expert with the National Environmental Management Authority. She is currently pursuing professional courses in Disaster Management, Project Planning and Management and Occupational Health and Safety.
Faith is the Co-founder of Eco-Rescue Kenya Group which is an initiative that comprises of environmentalists who participate in tree planting events, restoration of degraded environments, women and youth empowerment, anti- jiggers campaign, clean up campaigns and awareness and sensitization of the community. She is also a member of international organizations including Youth Climate Report, One Young World and the World Youth Alliance

1.Frederico Li is a philanthropist and social entrepreneur with a mission to empower the next generation to live to the fullest and to pursue their dream. He believes that a fresh mindset is important to challenge the status quo, and to foster innovations to tackle many social challenges. He had years of experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in operational strategies, service design, sustainability design, capacity building, business development and management, entrepreneurship, and more. As a youth mentor and coach, he had been invited to University's and College's workshops in Toronto. He is the co-founder of Phinklife, based in Canada, and founder of Phinklife Institute, based in Ghana, Africa. In summer 2015, Phinklife Institute had partnered and launched a conference with the African Youth in Philanthropy platform to heighten the awareness and collaborations of philanthropic actions in African youth. He will continue to create opportunities and impacts in the youth sector, and to make the world into a better place
